What types of tools do you use?

We support a variety of tools based primarily on Open Source tools and Unix systems. While we have a Unix bias we develop using tools that are easily portable to other technology. For more information, see the Toolset page.

What is your pricing model?

We work on a per project basis. While some services have a fixed price, we generally try to work with the client to set prices at appropriate levels for both parties. See the Pricing page for more details.

How do you typically operate?

We prefer to collect requirements and then generate a proposal. The proposal contains our interpretation of the requirements, our solution, an implementation plan, pricing and terms. Please see our Proposals page.
