One time setup fee

There is a one time setup fee of $60 to do the initial setup of the web site including:

• A domain name of your choice. "myclubname.org"
• A site customized with you club name, colors and logo.
• Complete documentation.
• Assistance with your first online registration setup.

Annual fee based on members

Once you have completed your registration and formed your teams for the season then the annual fee will be charged based on the number of Teams. This is an annual fee that includes all of the tools and features of the web site.

Next year, when you repeat the registration process and form your new teams the annual fee is charged based on the number of teams at that time.

By basing the fee on the number of teams you know exactly how much it will cost per team, eliminating the guesswork at budget time.
