| Q4: |
What prevents someone from just adding my adddress to the list |
| A4: |
The subscription process uses a technique called double opt-in. This means that after a subscription request is made, you must confirm the request from the e-mail address subscribed. The subscription process will send you an e-mail containing a link to a web page. By clicking on this link you are confirming that you wish to be on the list. Back to Top

Thi s is usually because the link has expired. Requests are only good for 10 days. Please go to the subscription page and try again. Back to Top

| Q6: |
I got an e-mail asking me to confirm a request but I never made a request |
| A6: |
If you recently registered online a request was autonatically made for you. If you didn't register online or do a request then someone may have tried to add you to a list. If you don't want to be on the list, just delete the e-mail. Back to Top

| Q7: |
I am an AOL user and I don't want to receive any more e-mails. Can I just mark the e-mails as SPAM |
| A7: |
Please do not report our e-mails as Spam. Doing so risks causing all AOL users from being deleted from the lists. AOL has adopted a Spam policy that is unreasonable and overly protective. Their policy has the potential to prevent valid messages from reaching you due to the actons of others. If you don't want to be on the list, please unsubscribe. Too many Spam complaints may result in all AOL users being removed from our lists. Back to Top
