Setting up a List of Schools Information File

A "list of schools" information file can be either organization wide or program specific. In either case it is simply a text file that contains a list of school names, one per line, in any order you prefer.

Whether a global file or program specific file is used is determined by the individual program's FormConfig file.

1. Create or edit the common RegistrationSchoolList.txt file.
   
   
   • You can create the file by uploading a text file that contains the list of schools into the ORG/Registration/Text/RegistratioSchoolList.txt file.
   • Or you can edit the default file by going to ORG -> ProgDir -> Administrators Area -> Text Editing -> Edit Registration Files -> RegistratioSchoolList.txt
2. The default FormConfig configuration files will look for the RegistrationSchoolList.txt in the /downloads/Registration/Text directory. If the filename is changed, the new filename will have to be cofnigured in each individual program FormConfig file.

1. Create or edit the program specific RegistrationSchoolList.txt file.
   
   
   • You can create the file by uploading a text file that contains the lkist of schools into the Sport/Program/Registration/Text/RegistrationSchoolList.txt file.
   • Or you can edit the default file by going to Sport -> Program -> Utilities -> Text Editing -> Edit Registration Files -> RegistrationSchoolList.txt
2. The default FormConfig configuration files will look for the RegistrationSchoolList.txt in the /downloads/Registration/Text directory. If a program specific list of schools file is used the new filename needs to be entered into the appropriate configuration statement of the FormConfig config file.
